Projektika.org is a community-based platform enabling people with disabilities to exchange or donate items they no longer need. Users can also post requests for specific items. Use of the service is free of charge.
To post listings and use the internal messaging system, users must register by providing an email address. The email is used exclusively for login and account-related communication.
Users may publish listings about items available for donation or exchange. Listing content should not include contact details – all communication between users must take place via the internal messaging system.
The administrator reserves the right to remove or edit listings that contain personal data or inappropriate content.
The built-in messaging system allows users to communicate regarding listings. Users may optionally share their contact details, but the service assumes no responsibility for the consequences of such actions.
The owner of the service – Projektika s.r.o. – does not assume responsibility for the content of listings or the course of item exchanges. The service does not mediate in transferring items or setting exchange conditions.
Your personal data is processed by Projektika s.r.o. Only your email address is processed for account management purposes. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.
The administrator has the right to delete accounts or content that violates these Terms or applicable laws. Users may request account deletion at any time.
The Terms may be updated. Users will be informed of changes via email or announcements on the website. Continued use of the service after changes are made implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
